Face it. Although you’d love to make the Fortune 500 list one day, you’re likely at least a few spots shy of No. 500. That’s OK. Just because you aren’t a multi-billion dollar, multinational company doesn’t mean you can’t be hugely successful in your own right. It takes time, patience, perseverance and marketing savvy to steadily elevate your business, but your marketing approach shouldn’t be modeled after Procter & Gamble’s (#24 on the Fortune 500 list by the way) for the simple reason that you’re operating in a different sphere.
Enter Square2Marketing. A strategic marketing consulting firm, they’ve created a concept called Reality Marketing™ which revolves around customers’ perspectives, opinions, challenges, and their pains when buying a product or service. They call it Reality Marketing because: “Many companies invest a lot of money in marketing programs that never work. These programs don’t work because they’re NOT grounded in reality; they look good, but they don’t consider the customer. While this might work for a Fortune 500 Company, it’s not going to work for you.” The Reality Marketing system identifies the approach businesses should be taking before they make it onto the New York Stock Exchange.
We’re proud to have Square2Marketing as a partner. Look forward to informative guides, lessons, and tips to help you get new customers, and increase your market exposure.

If it is not in the customers interest, then why does it work for the fortune 500 companies?
Well...we really don't know if it works from a quantifiable point of view. Can the marketing manager at Budweiser really tell us how many cases of beer a specific billboard generated. It's easy, if you have an "unlimited budget" to get your name recognized. There are not too many small business owners who have unlimited budgets to do that kind of branding!
